Any Company or an
Individual who has an expertise in his/her functional domain is encouraged to
enroll as an associate consultant. An associate consultant may be called upon
during the execution of a particular project of his or her domain. The following
broad conditions apply to the associate consultants

Simply
enrolling oneself as a associate consultant does not entitle him/her an
opportunity from MPCON
-
The associate
consultant will be associated with MPCON only with certain particular
project(s) and will not be a full time employee of MPCON. He cannot claim
the privileges of a full time employee of MPCON.

Separate
agreements and scope of work shall be signed with the associate consultant
for each particular project.

In case of
disputes the decision of the Managing Director , MPCON will be final and
binding on the associate consultant
